The initial brief from the client was to create a cheap g+4 residential buildings with a very limited budget yet comfortable spaces and beautiful architecture.
In order to do that we had to use a "modular" based apartment in very simple building starting by apartments itself (bathroom, kitchen. wardrobes). This has dramatically reduced the construction cost. Windows have a square simple shape but it is covered with playful mashrabiya design to create the architectural language.
